Wilshire Regent Concerned Homeowners
We're a group of Wilshire Regent homeowners concerned about protecting our home and investments. Support the recall of the current Board of Directors and elect our dedicated slate of candidates who have pledged to safeguard the safety and value of our units. Together, let's secure a future that preserves our interests and enhances our community.
- Conduct ourselves ethically with transparency.
- Address deferred maintenance, especially water & plumbing, and building safety.
- Adapt and adhere to the Proposed Code of Conduct for Directors & Committee Members.
- Follow ALL relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for our employees
- Involve homeowners via monthly HOA meetings, committees, surveys, and newsletters.

The Slate of candidates we support consists of Diana Asher, Holly Bogner, Dennis (Deni) Carno, Jonathan G. Katie Rodd, Jonathan Y., and Jacob Zadeh. These seven well-qualified candidates are committed to conducting themselves ethically, with transparency, and protecting our investments. They will address deferred maintenance, especially water and plumbing, and building safety. They will adopt and adhere to the proposed Code of Conduct for Directors & Committee Members, follow laws and regulations, provide a safe and nurturing environment for our employees, and involve homeowners via monthly HOA meetings, committees, surveys, and newsletters.
We encourage you to vote "yes" to recall the current Board of Directors and to vote for the candidates on this slate for the election of new directors. It's essential to elect individuals who will represent our best interests and work towards improving the community's overall well-being.
